Coaching is an extension of my person. I am a compassionate life and executive coach dedicated to helping my clients achieve their personal and life goals. My favorite color is lavender, a light shade that evokes friendship, affection and freedom.  

Life Coaching:

I have a passion for exploring the psychology of relationships, attachment styles and the motivations that drive our behaviors. From motherhood to successful entrepreneur of several businesses, the most important goal in my life is the health and welfare of those around me. I bring a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to my coaching practice. I am committed to empowering my clients to overcome obstacles and anxieties that prevent them from living the life they desire.

My coaching approach is heartwarming and supportive, grounded in my belief that mental and physical wellness are interconnected and crucial to overall success and happiness. I obtained a degree in the medical sciences, Diagnostic Registered Ultrasound Technologist, and understand the importance of a holistic approach to well-being. My appetite for health-based knowledge provides me with a solid understanding of the connection between mental and physical wellness and performance. This is a passion I bring to the table in my coaching and consulting.

Executive Coaching:

Executive coaching feels like a natural progression following three decades of experience in business. I have built successful multi-million-dollar businesses in both the mortgage and financial service sectors. My background equips me with the strategic insight and expertise needed to drive business growth and achieve ambitious goals.

In addition, as part of my family business, I have worked in the entertainment music industry for 24 years, honing my skills in coordinating teams and executing grassroots marketing for talented family members. My expertise extends to working with a wide range of diverse personalities and building and leading teams to foster collaboration and success.

My dual background in business and artist management enables me to better help my clients develop and implement strategies to achieve their goals.    

I view each client as unique, with their own path, goals, and desires. I empower professionals to navigate towards their dreams, building their own watchtowers to success. My dedication and enthusiasm help clients develop the skills needed to overcome life's challenges, always with a glass-half-full mentality.

I excel in strategic planning, enhancing emotional intelligence, leading through organizational change and employee transition. My consulting services include implementing processes and procedures to streamline and support growth. In addition to financial wealth management and mortgage background, I have experience in banking and insurance.

Family and Hobbies:

Spending quality time with family is paramount to me. My hobbies include dance, live music, travelling and water activities. The beach is my sanctuary. I'm drawn to the ocean's calming presence which brings out my inner peace and self-reflection. I am also committed to supporting various causes including PanCan.org, a non-profit dedicated to pancreatic cancer research. In memory of my sister who bravely battled the disease for five years before leaving us in 2021. Every year my family participates in a 5k walk in Philadelphia called Terry's Tribe, raising funds to advance cures for this devastating cancer. 

I am a mother of two talented daughters who are graduates of the Commercial Music Program at Lipscomb University and are currently pursuing successful careers in singing and songwriting in Nashville, TN. Committed to social impact, I volunteer for the Youth Energy Initiative, a 501 c3 non-profit organization that educates and inspires today's youth to create a better and more sustainable world through entertainment.
